Privacy Policy

We handle pupil and family data carefully, collect only what the service needs, and never sell personal information.

Last updated September 2026

1. Data we collect

Account data: the parent or guardian's name and email address, and each pupil profile's first name, year group and target entry stage.

Practice data: questions attempted, answers given, accuracy, timing and saved questions — used to produce progress reporting.

Billing data: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our systems.

2. How we use it

To provide the question bank, generate progress reporting, manage your subscription, and send service emails about your account.

To improve question quality and explanations in aggregate. We do not use pupil data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Children's data

Pupil profiles are created and controlled by the adult account holder. We ask for the minimum information needed to tailor practice, and pupils are never required to provide contact details.

4. Retention and security

Practice history is retained while your account is active so that progress reporting remains meaningful, and deleted with your account on request.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your family's data at any time by contacting us. We respond within one month.
