Montpelier Education provides an online question bank, editorial guides and educational consultancy services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts are intended to be opened and managed by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult on behalf of a pupil.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance from the date you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Accounts are for use by one family. Sharing login details outside your household, reselling access, or bulk-copying question content is not permitted.

You may not use automated tools to extract question content, explanations or progress data from the platform.

All questions and explanations are written independently by the Montpelier subject team. They are not taken from real examinations, are not official examination material, and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any school.

Guides are provided for general information. Admissions requirements change, and you should always confirm current arrangements directly with the school.

Preparation improves familiarity and confidence, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular examination result or offer of a place.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes by email.
